After exceeding of 6 hours hall charge will be rupees 10,000 per hour.
If out side decorators are allowed royalty will be charged 15,000.

Morning Events have to vacate the premises by 4 p.m strictly.
Total Repair charges will be collected in case in any equipment is damaged.
